My kids took this class yesterday. In one word AMAZING. Between me paddle boarding and David kite boarding, the information the kids learned is invaluable because you just never know when there could be an accident on the water. They had so much fun learning and then playing around with the paddle boards afterwards. I hope that more parents enroll their kids in this introductory/ water safety course, you never know when they might need the information.

I had only tried Yoga at home, from DVD’s and never understood it. After one class with Patricia at Aqua Life Fitness I went from thinking it could not do it to believing I could.
